One Realtor's View of Virtual Tours

One of my clients recently wrote this note.

Anyone who is in the real estate market will tell you that the market has gone down hill tremendously and it doesn’t look like it going to come back for a while. Fortunately for me, I stumbled across a company called Dream House Photography. It is a virtual tour company that is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia that helped me improve my business, as well as decreased the time my listings are on the market. Dream House Photography came into a house that I had just listed and took high resolution still shots together with a 360° virtual tour. Dream House Photography did all the work. The married couple who run Dream House Photography, Keith and Terry Frank are very professional and do an amazing job. Dream House Photography has the ability to take a house that at first appears unmarketable and turns it into something that prospective buyers want to schedule a viewing. By using Dream House Photography, I have cut my time shuttling clients to and from homes because they are able to view the virtual tours online thus saving time as they have already viewed the home once. This means they are interested in the house and have called me to view the home for a second time. In reality, they have viewed the home once online and once in person and that means they are interested and the chances of selling increase more than doubled. Dream House Photography has saved me both time and money. I thought that virtual photography would be expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dream House Photography was not only reasonable, it was the best deal around; they don’t charge extra if you lower the selling price and need to change the listing price online. I had worked previously with another virtual tour company and was charged for any changes I made. I highly recommend Dream House Photography to any real estate agent in the Tidewater and Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Dream House Photography has photographed homes I’ve listed in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Chesapeake and even Newport News. I promised you will happy you did!
