I have noticed that a lot of Realtors and Brokers have realized the importance of a Virtual Tour. We have been preaching this since the start up of Dream House Photography after buying our dream house and selling our old one. We searched online and then narrowed the search to the ones we liked. They all had a Virtual Tour, and we only had to look at a few of them before we selected and bought our dream house. We then put a VT on our old house and it sold within a month. That, during a slow market sold us on the advantages of a virtual tour and thus Dream House Photography was born.Recently I have been approached by both Brokers and Realtors that have ordered a virtual tour and no longer ask questions about the process or the price. Given their new realization of the advantage and our grantee of fast and good service and support and our commitment to quality have them knocking at our door. I expect this year to be good for business and better for the market.I believe that our first year came at a good time. While the market was dropping, aggressive Realtors were listing their properties with a virtual tour. This influx of electronic media have made potential buyers seek out listings that included a virtual tour. Often, not stopping to look at a listing that didn’t have one. That says a lot for the future of the market and the future for advertising of homes for sale. As a note to anyone in the real-estate marketplace, Brokers, Realtors, Agents, owners or sellers alike, “get yourself a virtual tour” for your listing. Marketing Strategies CD Presentation

Let me tell you what, Cheryl, our National Marketing Manager has hit a home run on the Strategies CD Power Point Presentation. I have had the recent privilege of giving it with my own Dream House Photography spin for my local area. From that presentation, I got the office manager and broker to agree to paying 50% of the realtors cost for the virtual tour. Terry and I went from 1-3 tours a week to this week alone I have 5 scheduled and just got 2 more. I am so glad RTV called me to tell me about the RTV Virtual tour business. I selected for the quality of the software an the quality of their service to their Full Service Dealers.

It is so good to have the backing of RTV, and RPM a.k.a. Cheryl, as our national marketing manager. With this type of backing and the professional technology of our tour builder, being a first time business owner is easy. The product sells it self due to the quality of virtual tours that the Real Tour Vision software provides. It is of no wonder to me why we are the #1 virtual tour company on the market.

One Realtor's View of Virtual Tours

One of my clients recently wrote this note.

Anyone who is in the real estate market will tell you that the market has gone down hill tremendously and it doesn’t look like it going to come back for a while. Fortunately for me, I stumbled across a company called Dream House Photography. Virtual Tours Increase Internet Hits

I want to take the time to thank Real Tour Vision for the quick and easy sale of my home in the Virginia Beach, section of the Tidewater and Hampton Roads area.
